Corn Bread Casserole

This is the cornbread casserole that Tammy brought to the book club discussion night. YUMMY-LICIOUS! :)

Corn Bread Casserole
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernal corn, drained
1 stick butter
8 oz. sour cream
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 pkg corn muffin mix
Heat cream style corn in saucepan with butter. Add drained sweet corn to creamed mixture. Cool. Add sour cream, slightly beaten eggs, & corn muffin mix. Blend completely & pour into a 8 x 12 pan. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 - 60 min., until golden brown.
